Club Secretary

The club's secretary is responsible for keeping clear and accurate records of club business, including membership records and correspondence with Toastmasters International’s World Headquarters and others. Main duties of the club secretary include:

  1. Record and distribute minutes of Club meetings and Executive Committee meetings
  2. Maintain general Club correspondence
  3. Maintain a current membership roster and accurate attendance records
  4. Prepare and send orders for Toastmasters supplies
  5. Submit names of new Club officers to TI
